Very good ... . I certainly agree with another reviewer: it's more about "stirring" nicely, rather than "whisking" or "beating," once you're in the cooking stage. (Though I did use a whisk to do it. It seemed to pull the curds together well. I liked that the recipe kind of broke it into stages; it helped with my historic problem of erring on the side of overcooking my scrambled eggs. Thanks!

Perfect scrambled eggs! Don't know why I was ever told to put milk in my scrambled eggs - I definitely loved the texture of these much better!

First, To leesh782 - wherever the recipe says to "beat" the eggs, subsititute "stir" the eggs, then your eggs will have large curds & be picture perfect.
To Sunny - Bless You! For years I strove to make the scrambled eggs of my dreams, but the results were always dissmal. Then I watched you make these eggs & knew my dreams where about to come true. At age 77, at last I'm now enjoying my dream scrambled eggs. CLS in WV

Cut the recipe in half b/c I was only making breakfast for 2 people. It was very good and super creamy and cheesy, however I felt that the curd size was very small so it was almost similar to a risotto instead of how the photo shows. Next time, I won't whisk quite as many times as she says, so it allows larger curds to form. But great flavor, will make again, just w/ some tweaks.

I can't believe what a difference a whisk and low heat could make. My husband loves it and I can't keep enough eggs in the house.

My family LOVED the scrambled chessy eggs. My husband and daughter kept asking "How did you make these eggs?" 1 dozen was not enough for my family. Next time I will be making 2 dozen. Thank you Sunny for the great recipe!

Never thought technique made much difference when making something as simple as scrambled eggs, BUT IT DOES. Yummy, Sunny. Thanks.
