    Sunny's Rock-n-Rack of Lamb would be a better title for the recipe. Easy, Fast and Delicious.

    This is soo delicious! This is the only way that we make our rack of lamb now. You must try it. The crispy crust adds a delicious bite and all of the herbs smell amazing while it is cooking. We love this recipe!!!

    I made this dish and it was delicious. When I watched her do it on TV, she used panko breadcrumbs, which seemed difficult to get to stick to the mustard covered, seared rack of lamb. This recipe calls for plain breadcrumbs and they did stick to the meat. I also drizzled a little of the lamb fat with melted butter over the breadcrumbs. The result is very delicious flavor. I would like to find a recipe where the breadcrumbs will adhere better to the meat. 5 stars for flavor. The lamb was tender and juicy and delicious. Also did with the roasted potatoes she did on the this episode.

    This was fabulous--a real WOW for company and pretty easy. I served it with garlic mashed potatoes (Emeril's recipe on this site and haricot verts. Note that the coating, while not specifically stated in the recipe, consists of the first six ingredients to include 2 T olive oil.
