It was amazing. I made this almost 6 months ago (my first real cooking experience. I thought about this recipe again because I will be hosting a mothers day dinner for all of the mothers in my family. I will definitely will be making this.

Don't make the same mistake that I did by NOT following the advice of others....TRIPLE THE SAUCE! You'll be glad you did. The recipe was easy to follow and the outcome was delicious! Overall this was a pretty easy recipe to follow. Most grocery stores will butterfly the chicken for you so that takes one step out of the process. You definitely need to try this one!

I made this entire meal. My family loved it. I couldn't believe how easy it was to prepare. I love Sunny Anderson's style! This is one of my family favorite meals. Thanks Sunny!

Love this recipe! we have already made it a ton...I too double the glaze. I have found that although I can butterfly the chicken myself, I have Central Market/HEB near me and their butcher shop will butterfly it for me at no charge...that definitely helped keep it as an "easy" recipe that we LOVE!! and the fingerling potato/asparagus side dish from the episode is great with it

My family gave rave reviews. I brined my chicken for a few hrs prior, which it made it fall off the bone tender and juicy. I also doubled the amount of glaze for dipping. Next time, I will more add hot sauce to balance out the sweet. Awesome recipe!

I made this chicken for dinner tonight, and the sauce is what makes this so delicious. I will definitely make this again, maybe using just chicken breasts because my family prefers white meat. I doubled the sauce, next time I'll triple it!
