My family loved this recipe and I have two picky teenagers. No leftovers just how I like it.

Fantastic recipe. Though...didnt brown the chicken in the pan. Did all in the oven and broiled it for a few mins with the glaze. Was awesome!!

This was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I served this with roasted fingerling potatoes, fresh spring peas and a glass of Francis Coppola Chardonnay. Wow! I'm really feeling good about this dish!

YUM!!!! My family loved this!!!! Next time I will probably do this with boneless skin on chicken breasts just because it will be easier but the glaze is great!

Made this recipe along with the potato/asparagus recipe for dinner last night. It was just delicious and I made another batch of glaze to sauce leftovers tonight. It's amazing how the heat dissapates with the cooking of the glaze. Not hot at all...

What a beautiful bird! That caramelization coming out of the oven, that moist chicken. I mean really to die for. The ultimate test: my kids - they loved it!! Thanks for the awesome recipe.

Absolutely to die for! Butterflying the chicken seemed scary, but was actually quite easy. The chicken was so moist, and the skin was crisp and tastey. I also made the Tater and Asparagus toss with it (you made them together on the show, it turned out perfect. I did have to hunt down the fingerling potatoes, but it was well worth it. The recipe was easy to follow, and I can't wait to try more of your recipes.
