I made the onion rings exactly as the recipe says, only I needed to cook them about 2minutes on each side. Maybe the oil was not hot enough, but the rings floated and sizzled when they went in, so I thought it was hot enough. My end result was a soggy ring once it cooled off. Very disappointing. I put them in the toaster oven to crisp them up and that didnt work.

Thanks Sunny for a great onion ring recipe! The batter was simply delicious and very favorful and light. My hubby and I made them tonight with fried tilapia and they were a perfect compliment.
