    I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes, unless they are in a pie... but this was very good, and my mother loved it!

    This was really good. It is a little spicy if you don't like spicy but I love spicy. I paired it with grilled chicken. Great recipe!! but make sure that your potatoes all lay down on the pan or else it will take longer to cook.

    I have done sweet potato with garlic,but the rest of the ingredients put this combo over the top!!! Really wonderful and easy..even a good company dish!!!!
