I'M SENDING THIS RECIPE TO MY FRIENDS

Her finesse in the kitchen may leave a little to be desired (sorry Sunny, but her execution of her recipes have never failed me. Her little tip regarding the corn starch for crunch…I keep in my pantry.
That being said, I will never make my potato salad with mayonnaise again (.I think The only thing I changed was the turkey bacon vs. bacon. That’s it….Get ready or summer outings …this is D---licious delicious

Sunny's dishes are always delicious! I am going to make this again, only without the bacon, not that I don't love bacon, I just think that the grease is a little too fatty for me once the salad has been cooled down. Otherwise, GREAT flavor!

Delightful!!! I'm always looking for mayo-free potato salad recipes and this is my new favorite! I used chile powder instead of hungarian paprika because I couldn't find it at my local super market. I believe next time I will use smokey paprika and see what that's like! Making it for a camping trip this weekend!!!

It looked so yummy during the show....but once I tried it I had to throw it out! I didn't like it at all. It didn't have good flavor or texture.

This salad was horrible, I don't know if it was just me because the salad was a mess.With high hopes I made this salad but it was terrible and I ended up having no side dish whatsoever. That was a great waste of potatoes,and I will definately NOT make this recipe again!!!! :(

I think it is very good, but just go a little easier than the 3 tablespoons of jalapeno's and it will be great!!!!!

Made this for Easter, family loved it. And it was even better the next day cold. I just added more bacon for my taste.
