    I am not experienced in the kitchen, but found the recipe easy to make and delicious to eat even though I added too much vinegar. Also, at the end I dashed a bit of cayenne pepper for some extra zip. Yummy recipe...will watch more of what Sunny has to offer.

    This is a wonderful, kind of different, warm potato salad. I'd recommend adding the bacon on top at the very, very end so it stays more crispy. Or better yet, putting in half the bacon, mixing in as recommended and adding some as a topping. The extra crunch would be nice. I used red onions instead of scallions and it was excellent! Served it with a grilled tuna and cheddar cheese sandwich for a quick dinner. :

    I just made this dish this past weekend for a group of friends that enjoy spicy foods. I am from the caribbean and enjoy finding new ways to spice up my favorite foods. I actually made this my own by modify a few things. I used Brown sugar and Apple cider vinegar. I also added both Jalapenos and a medley of Sweet peppers. I viewed the show back in august and knew I would use it however, I preped this dish from memory (or atleast what I remembered so I did not do the process exactly the same. But Baby........ They Loved Loved Loved it.

    Thank you Sunny. Muah I miss hearing you on the air (from NY, but so glad I can see you and learn from you, you are trully blessed.
