I love the healthy aspect of this recipe and mine turned out great. I must confess I can't seem to follow a receipe to the letter. I used my vitamix to blend this and used an entire peeled lime and probably much more fresh cilantro and a dash of corinader seed (cilantro seed and crushed red pepper. So it was heavy on the cilantro and a lovely green. But, it is yummy. Thanks Sunny this is a great recipe

FABULOUS! Well, it was fabulous when I added more lemon. = I didn't have any sour cream, just left it out and didn't miss it. And it's just as good with navy beans, which are easier to find. THis is a new regular in our rotation of dips and sandwich spreads!

Yummy! Like a previous reviewer, I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream because that's what I had. Will make this again!

Really good and different! I made this because I needed to utilize cilantro that I had forgotten to use for another recipe, but I love having hummus in the fridge at all times, so this is a nice way to change it up! I love the cayenne. I had to look twice to make sure I had the correct measurement (1/2 teaspoon but it's a nice amount of heat. I substituted non fat greek yogurt for the sour cream because it was on hand. I used a little less than 2 tbsp oil but the texture of the cannellini beans are so smooth when blended (as opposed to chickpeas that it likely wouldn't be missed if wanting less fat (as another reviewer mentioned.

Really awesome recipe. I think it would be great substitute for guacamole as an appetizer or on a burrito.

I loved this dip. It was awesome. I only had one can of canellini beans so I used it & one can of white navy beans. It turned out perfect. I left out the ceyenne pepper for the sake of my kids who are 2 & 3. I served this with some homemade chili rellenos & tortilla chips. For desert, I made Paula Deen's pink lemonade cake served cold... perfect combination!

This is my new favorite dip! It's healthy and very flavorful. I wanted to cut back on the fat, so I only used a drizzle of olive oil. You won't even miss it. Way to go Sunny!
