I made wings three ways and it was terrific all the different sauces you can make made this a real treat the chicken was so crispy and the hot butter sauce was my favorite even though I liked the other sauces too. you can never go wrong with wings know matter how you cook them. this recipe just makes them better.

I used my own sauces, however I had some friends who preferred the wings fried with garlic salt sprinkled over them. They were the best wings I had ever made and went over great during the football game, along with some simple other items I made. Thanks!!

The best wings I've ever cooked! However, I would say 7-8 minutes in a deep fryer. This is how I'm going to fry wings from now on!

Sunny, love your spicy butter sauce for the wings! My family gobbles it all up every time I make it!

I have tried many different wing recipes but never got the kind of response that these particular wings received. I now have to make these at EVERY event that we have at the house. I am now making them this evening for the WVU/Marshall U. football game. My favorite sauce for these is the spicy butter sauce, it's even good with only 1 stick of butter and no lemon juice. This is definitely a keeper!

Saw the show and had to make these. My family raved - they were very good. There are a couple of mistakes in the recipe though. The hot sauce recipe calls for 2 sticks of butter and you only should use one. The BBQ sauce recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of mustard and 1-2 teaspoons is all you should use, otherwise it's mustard sauce, not BBQ sauce. The wings were crispy and tasty. Will definitely make them again and again.
