This is the best fried chicken recipe I've tried. I intended to do the hot wings but, everyone was eating the plain chicken faster than I could cook it. This will probably be the way I prepare it from this point on.

i'm not a huge wing person... i do eat it but it's not something that i crave. on the other hand my boyfriend loves wings. he made this for a game night and i have to tell you i would eat these anywhere and anytime. they are so yummy.....
we didn't do all the sauces but the spicy one was great. it was the combination of everything franks sauce, butter, and the hint of basil.

Fantastic wings, only made the buffalo sauce but was a huge hit.

(side note, not sure what recent poster Catherine's issue was as the recipe is nearly a carbon copy from Frank's RedHot own website on how much butter to add to the hot sauce to make their signature wing sauce. They call for 3 parts hotsauce to 2 parts butter but overall fairly close. Guess you can't please everyone all the time.

I only made the Spicy Butter Sauce and my guests went crazy over them!... Next time I will try the other 2 sauces as well, but these are DEFINITELY going into the recipe box!

The breading was good, but the hot sauce was just greasy and, once the wings sat, the breading became almost stale. I really had high hopes based on the other reviews, but would not make these again.

Made these this weekend. LOVED it! The lemon-lime was my favorite followed by the spicy! I wasn't crazy about the honey BBQ (I don't like BBQ in general but my family loved it. Tryi it!

The batter was perfect and the bbq sauce was on the spot! We did not try the hot sauce or lemon zest, but this has become a favorite in the house.
