Made this for my husbands birthday. It is sooo good, easy and fast! He doesn't like whipped cream so I put mascarpone instead. Turned out great.

This is my "go-to, fancy-pants" recipe. It is not difficult and sooo delicious and makes for an impressive presentation. Also, the calories are reasonable for such an indulgent dish. You will get compliments. I have made this 3 times and consider it worthy to put in my personal cookbook.

I agree with another reviewer. I just got done making this and it totally feel apart. I bake and cook all the time and also watch pretty much all the food network shows, but this recipe I felt did not work. Sorry Sunny.

I have made this dessert over and over again. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries - any kind of fruit is delicious. I have also made it with Nutella and the whipped cream which takes the dessert to another level. Thank you Sunny for a recipe that doesn't require a PhD to decipher.

This was amazing, both in texture and taste. When it comes to the fruit, you can pretty much put whatever pleases you. I can't imagine anyone having any trouble putting this together, so don't be intimidated.. Only recommendation is to carefully start rolling right off the bat so that it rolls evenly and definitely leave a sufficient amount of the end unfilled so that when approaching the last part of the roll, you're not left with the filling oozing out. Easy, satisfying, oh...and very portable!

This has got to be one of the most delicious desserts I ever made. At first it looked like it was going to be hard to make, but Sunny, your directions made it so easy! I was making it for someone who did not like pineapple, so I substituted star fruit. I made rows of different fruits (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and it was all so delicious that instead of cake, my son insist that I make your Pavlova Log for his birthday from now on!

This light, delicious dessert is perfect for any occassion. The first time I made it, I followed this recipe to the letter, but as I put it together, I started thinking about more adventurous ingredients. The second time, rather than strawberries and pineapple, I used whole raspberries and chunked and drained canned peaches. The flavors of these fruits are stronger and more intense and provided a brighter flavor in contrast with the sweetness of the meringue and whipped cream. Delicious!

This was absolutely the best. I need to perfect my roll, but other than that recipe was very easy. I substituted 1tsp plain flour instead of cornstarch and found no difference in yolks peaking. Also, substituted cool whip for heavy cream & sugar. Will make it again.
