I watched this episode the other day and couldnt wait to try it. I used the red onion in the sauce based on her episode but when reading the recipe it does not say to add the onion to the sauce. I thought I made a mistake because the sauce was so salty/garlicy/bitter. I think the salty and the garlic were overkill, and I love garlic, but with 5 cloves it was overpowering. I looked up other chimichurri recipes and they called for one clove, so it must be the garlic that killed my sauce.

My sister made this dish & it was wonderful! She substituted Anaheim peppers for the poblano since they weren't available at her grocery store...safe for kids-not spicy. I find that the key to using a tougher meat is to be sure to "Thinly slice the steak on the bias" as stated in the recipe (Santoku knife works great. Will definitely use this recipe & pass it on to friends. Thanks Sunny!

This was delicious! My family loved it and couldn't stop eating it! I made the sauce the night before cause I had the extra time. Served with sour cream and avocado... will definitely make this again!

This is recipe is a keeper in my family. Except for planning ahead to marinate the meat, this was very simple to prepare. I had left over dressing and used it for a dipping sauce the next day & everyone loved it.

Everything tasted fabulous, but the london broil may not be the ideal meat to use outside of a slow cooker. We got a tough cut, and it made them almost inedible because you had to gnaw on the meat. Will surely try again with a different cut of meat!

Excellent tacos! The chimichurri had a nice fresh from the garden taste. I recommend using corn tortillas instead of flour & adding some cheese to the finished tacos.

I dont really know what to say. I took me a long time to make and I had fun doing it. I really looked foward to feeding it to my family. I follwed the directions perfectly. I re-read them over and over. I cook for my husband and son every night. I just didnt like these. It was very salty. I guess if I made them again I would add half of the salt. It was such a big dissapointment. I dont understand why the recepie said to season the meat with salt and pepper after the rub had it already. I have make better fajitas from scratch(Im mexican. Also, the torillas got soggy with the sauce.
