    My family loved this recipe. The peppers and onions were so good. My 8 and 12 year old daughters thought the Chimichurri was great. They want me to do the sauce with chicken or fish next. We have a winner.

    I always look for recipes that r 5 stars n definetly this is a 5 star meal. I kinda overcook the meat a little bit but it was still good. I want to make sure that the meat is cook thru n thru. Next time I know. I always learn something everytime. Will try it again n again n again. Thanks Sunny for good, tasting n easy recipe.

    my family loved this dish. its a nice twist to the normal fajitas i make and the drunken peppers were packed with flaver, but not to hot for the kidos

    Being a Chef, in this ecconomy, I am contunuely looking for ideas that have the highest quality and generates cost effectiveness. This recipe doe's not only do that but, it is a dish that will filled the stomach of the guest and have them leaving with a smile. "SNAP". I am loving it, I am going to use it. If you hear a lot of lip smacking and finger licking ....That is me.....(-:

    I made this without the parsley (had none and it turned out great. Very savory. Next time I will add less salt though....it was borderline salty for me. Will make it again!
