I have been searching a long time for the perfect muffin recipe. This is it!!!!!!!! These muffins are moist and delicious! My whole family loves them!! My daughter doesn't care for nuts in baked goods so I add the walnuts last to the batter after I fill a couple of the muffin cups with batter minus the nuts for her. Otherwise, I make the recipe exactly as it is written and will be making them again and again!

We all loved this recipe. My kids loved it, even my husband took it to work and his work buddies said "wow, your wife is quiet a cook! They are awesome". The only thing I changed was the whole wheat flour instead of white flour. It is a healthier alternative.

These are wonderful! I used Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, and only half the sugar. I also added some milled flax seed, about 2 Tbs. Plenty sweet with less sugar.

I just made these and they are fantastic. I made a few changes to make them more of what I like. I substituted 1 cup of whole wheat flour and substituted orange zest for lemon zest because I ran out of lemons. I also substituted some butternut squash puree for some of the oil, and it made them very moist. My 4 year old loved them and I really love that they are yummy but healthy. A great way to use up fruit before it goes bad and get some fruit and veggies into the kiddo.

These Muffins are amazing! They are time bomb of flavor waiting to explode in your mouth. It may seem like to many fruits for a muffin but they all come to together to make a sensation of flavors. Sunnny did an amazing job on these muffin!

These are delicious! I read the reviews so made some slight changes. I didn't put the nuts in as I was taking them to a family outing and my niece hates nuts. I used Splenda for sugar, used applesauce and oil combination for straight oil but I did use regular all purp flour. I also used some frozen strawberries that I had put in the freezer to save them from going bad. These are so moist and taste so good. Gosh if it was a Rachel Ray recipe, I would say Major Yum O!

I had to substitute melted butter for the canola oil because I did not have any canola oil. I baked for a little less than 30 minutes and they tasted good but weren't moist a day later. It was more of a bread like texture. I'll try it again using canola oil this time.

I made this and was delighted with it. I took it to work and everyone raved. I especially loved the fact it had 3 different fruits. It was light and very tasty. It was also very easy to put together. A real winner. I will make this OFTEN.
