Since not all bananas are equal I suggested using a generous 1/2 cup of mashed banana. My bananas must have been medium because it took one and one-half banana to equal 1/2 cup. This recipe makes 13 generous muffins.

There are a few things great about this muffin, it's very easy to throw together, it stays moist for a few days, the taste is great, and you can change the fruit or add. Super easy and tasty!!!

These muffins are delicious! We make them every few weeks, and they don't last long. There is nothing to be fixed, they are absolutely perfect! Great recipe, Sunny.

I was so impressed with this recipe!!! They are so tasty and they are a really nice breakfast muffin. I made a bunch for my boyfriend to take to his firehall and the boys ate them up in no time. I would highly recommend this recipe, the only suggestion is that I would cook them for a couple minutes less.

I loved these so much, I made them again the same week and doubled the batter. I used frozen strawberries & blueberries the first time, then fresh the second time I made them. I liked the fresh better because the fruit held together better. I also added fresh raspberries. One of my new favorites along with Sunny! If I'm not home to watch this show, I make sure I record it.

I like to have a muffin everyday and i always try to find a muffin recipe with no butter in it, since i cant imagine eating a whole stick of butter a week, so this recipe was perfect for me. I used frozen strawberries as well as blueberries, i just let them thaw a little bit and i think it worked out perfectly. The muffin was very moist had lots of flavor and just enough sweetness. Kids love them!!

I also cut the sugar to 3/4 cup as per the previous reviews and they turned out delicious. I might substitute the sugar with Splenda next time.

Very easy to make, a moist and tasty muffin. A healthy alternate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have to hide a couple for myself before my son, the football player, get to them.
