First let me say that I changed up the sugar and used the following: 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup splenda, plus 1 tablespoon sugar. I also only used 1/2 cup of walnuts. Since I used a dark muffin pan, I baked my muffins at 325 for 25 minutes. The muffins were beautiful and VERY tasty. My kids say they don't like blueberries; however, they ate these up. They were so delicious and moist. I think this would make a great recipe for people watching their sugar intake. Thanks so much Sunny for this amazing recipe and I look forward to watching you make them on TV in October.

I thought these muffins were tasty. My 13 yr old son ate 3 in one sitting, so that should tell you there good. I just finished making anonther batch but tried something different, I used left over strawberries in there juice from yesterdays desert strawberry shortcakes, so I didnt have to use the sugar & let them sit.

These were really easy to prepare, tasted moist and delicious, and were a healthy alternate for breakfast and snacks... Easy enough for my 9 year old to make.

I don't have to decide which kind of muffin I want because everything wonderful is already in these. Wonderful flavors and texture. This one's a keeper.

This recipe is very easy to make and the directions are thorough! My muffins looked just as great as Sunny's did when she made them. They are very light and tasty and the fresh fruit definitely is a nice, healthy addition. These muffins are great for breakfast or any other time! Thanks Sunny for sharing it with the world!

My husband and I love these muffins! I like cinnamon more than nutmeg, so I switched the amounts of those two ingredients. They are the most moist muffins you'll ever have and so tasty!

Awesome muffins. Next time I make them I may cut back on the sugar a bit. I used blueberries I picked this summer and they are sweet on their own, way sweeter than those you get at the market, especially off season. These are super super moist. Wish they had risen a bit more but I think the fruit and juices of them hinder that. I can't wait for my daughter to get home from school and try them. I'm not a big fan of bananas but I like the mild back flavor in these. I highly recommend these. Easy to make, not complicated at all. The only thing that takes a bit is letting the strawberries sweat out their juices. Awesome awesome.

This muffin is so moist and delicious! I added Flax seed to it to increase nutritional benefits. Great way to sneak in some fruit for kids breakfast! Also use it with a small yogert for my small kids for a healthy breakfast or snack in school!
