    Love these muffins thet were very easy to make. I make them on wednesday and had to make them again of saturday. This recipe is a keeper....

    These muffins are simple, easy to make, and include all my favorite ingredients! The 2nd time I made them, I didn't have a fresh lemon, so I omitted the lemon zest -- and I must say that I really missed it. The zest adds such a brightness to the flavor of the fruits in the muffin. A must try!

    I tried this recipe with my four year old daughter and it was a very easy and fun recipe. We both loved the muffins and will definitely make them again and again.

    These muffins were very easy to make and I substituted whole wheat flour and they were still light and very moist. My muffin pans must be small because I was able to yield 18 muffins as well.

    These were deliciously moist. I prefer pecans, so used those instead of walnuts. I also halved all ingredients.

    This was a quick and easy muffin recipe that was delicious! I loved the extra zing added by the lemon zest! I actually made the recipe a little light by altering the canola oil with 3 tbsp. applesauce and 2 tsp. melted butter. Since the applesauce is naturally sweeter, I reduced the sugar to 2/3 cup. Also, the nuts I cut in half as well. Hope it turns out well!

    I may have over mixed the batter so it was the most moist muffin I've ever had. It was tasty though. Very simple flavors. Nice to have on a grab-and-go morning.

    I made these muffins for a picnic birthday dinner for my boyfriend. They smell so good when they are baking; even better once they are done. I couldn't even wait for them to cool down, I just had to have one.

    These were very good muffins. All of my favorite fruit were in these muffins. They turned out very moist and full of flavor. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!
