Cant go wrong. I make this for breakfast meetings, for family weekend breakfast- any reason to make these is a good one! Super easy, fast and most importantly, delicious.

Very good muffins on the day that I made them; however, I found that the tops got a little greasy in texture. They still tasted pretty good, but did not look very appealing.

    Sunny Morning Muffins are awesome!!
I altered them just a bit...I used 1/2 cup of sugar and a 1/2 cup a splenda...I used 1 cup of white whole wheat and 1/2 cup rolling cooking oats...then all the other ingredients...Awesome...Put some in the freezer for them mornings I'm in a hurry!!

These are amazing! I didn't use blueberries b/c I didn't have any, and decreased my sugar to about 3/4 cup....and mine took about 25 mins. They came out perfect, not too sweet and golden brown. Leftovers are fine so I don't know what happened with other reviewers who said their leftovers were greasy. So easy to put together, highly recommend to anyone!

I rarely bake, but I liked the ingredients and had all of them at home. this was my first attempt to make muffins (yeah, I know, weird:. I also don't buy muffins in the stores, so I can't compare the taste. It was super easy to make. We liked them when they were still warm. (my kid's friend was super surprised that that was my first attempt ever. But the leftovers were uneatable the next day - super greasy. I don't know, if that's the normal thing or not?

My new go to muffin recipe! I followed the recipe almost to the letter and these were so good. The substitutions I made were to use 3/4 C whole wheat flour with 3/4 C white flour and omitted the nuts since I'm allergic. My kids wouldn't wait from them to cool, they just dove right in. These are more like dessert than breakfast, in my opinion. I also found that the recipe made a few more, mine yielded 14 which are all gone.

I made this with all blueberries and two small bananas, but otherwise followed the recipe. Very delicious.

Ok, this is my second attempt at baking, and I must say, either I am a natural at it or this is a really good recipe. I didn't put in strawberries but the bananas, blueberries, and lemon zest were just as good. I would give it a 5 star if they came out fluffier. Maybe I have to not mix it batter a little less so they have more holes. Yummy.

Those muffins are just unbelivable, i don't put the nuts in it and put more fruits instead! I also mix the fruits, for example i put strawberries, rapsberries and blueberries all in or juste rapsberries and blueberries as well and either way the ended up great. They are moist and just totally delicious, it's my boyfriend favorite muffins since i did this recipe! Not to sweet and not much oil so i consider them as healthy. GREAT MUFFINS!!
