    I made this over the weekend and it was great. I used regular Vodka and it taste just like the hard lemonade you buy from the store. I did fine it a little bitter, so I added a 1/4 cup of sugar. My husband really liked it and requested I make it more often. I plan to buy a 1/2 gallon of lemon juice next time I make it, to keep from having to squeeze so many lemons (about 10. Thanks Sunny.

    I love lemon. I love vanilla, I love vodka. This recipe is perfection in a glass. Perfect for the coming summer parties.

    I made this twice so far. Make sure you have plenty of lemons on hand. You will be asked to make this again and again. On the show today, she infused the simple syrup instead of the vodka. ( I used vanilla flavored vodka, btw. I didn't catch how long it needs to infuse. Any help here?

    I made 2 batches of the lemonade,one with plain vodka,the other with purchased vanilla vodka.Maybe it was the "shortcut", but most of us loved this great lemonade with the straight vodka.Had to make more!!

    I made this hard lemonade for cookout and am about to make it for a party this evening. It was absolutley delicious. I did not infuse the vodka with vanilla but I did double the recipe. Everyone loved it including the guys. I may never be able to drink bottled hard lemonade again because this is so smooth that bottled just can't compare.Enjoy, Andrea from Raynham, MA

    This has to be my new favorite lemonade. I love the hint of vanilla from the vodka. Next time... a double batch!

    This is so simple to prepare and tastes so very good. The combination of the 'zing' from the lemon juice and the smoothness from the vanilla vodka is extraordinary! I did, however, save a bit of time (and money by simply purchasing vanilla flavored vodka.
