I JUST finished making this for my family - it was fabulous! Everyone loved it, except for my 10-year-old daughter - she doesn't like cilantro. I will definitely make this again - and as other reviewers said, be sure to make twice the amount of the salsa so there's enough for chips. One EASY tip for ANY lasagna: you don't need to use "oven ready" lasagna noodles. Just use regular lasagna noodles and put in the dish dry. As long as there is enough sauce, the noodles will cook just fine - I've been doing this for years with regular lasagna and the result with this recipe was just as good.

I made it exactly to the recipt the first time and it was great but expensive! The next time, I bought On the Border salsa and shredded cheese and it was great too, not as good but good enough :

This recipe was OK, but not great. I used our favorite Newman's Salsa to save time, 2 jars. While oven ready lasagna is easier, it isn't the same. That is 1 reason my family wasn't thrilled w/this dinner. Instead of using oven ready pasta, I usually do what the Barefoot Contessa suggested. That is to fill a big pan w/VERY hot water & put the lasanna noodles in to saok for maybe 5 min. They soften up, don't rip & they finish cooking in the oven in the lasagna. Shoulda listened to Ina.

I personally LOVED this dish. I used lean ground turkey b/c all the pork was gone and I seasoned it with sazon in addition to the seasonings the recipe calls for. Also I omitted the mushrooms b/c I don't eat them. A couple other people that ate this dish didn't like the flavor especially the "salsa" but I thought the taste was interesting and amazing and actually tastes better the next day after the flavors had time to really melt together. This dish may not be for people with simple tastes but for more adventurous people its a must try!!!

I prepared this dish on a whim after seeing it on the show. It was so plentiful that I chose to host an impromptu dinner party (7 guests instead of cutting it down. It was a hit with a simple latin salad and sangria!

It took a long time to prep and the flavor was just ok. The salsa was good thought on chips. I have made this twice and didnt use pork, I used ground turkey.

This was just ok, for all the effort it took to make it I was hoping it would be better. The salsa was delish tho and we will probably make that again just for dipping.

This was my first Lasagna and I am so proud of myself. The celantro gave it a fresh taste. My husband said he did not eat Lasagna. Now he does. He liked the salsa instead of sauce. I got home grown tomatoes for the salsa. Awesome. Thanks Sunny. I have enjoyed every recipe I prepared from ur show.
