These were great! Very addictive! I had requests to make more! I would recommend using a little less of the butter mixture, becuase my would not set up with the recipe amount! Great for gifts and holidays!

I tried this recipe once using margarine and it was okay but I kept trying to figure out what was wrong and reading similar recipes and I kept seeing to use ONLY REAL BUTTER. I just made it again and it is AMAZING! NOW I know why Trisha's nephews were calling it crack!!! My family is going to LOVE it!!! Oh I just wanted to add to anyone who tries this recipe... Make sure you use REAL BUTTER... It totally makes the difference in this recipe! I am sure that for those of you who didn't like it and thought it was a gooey mess you used margarine. Try it again, follow the directions exactly and use butter!

LOVED it! So simple and easy, and had all the ingredients on-hand. I stored it in the refrigerator because it's hot in south GA. We kept going back for more. My husband took some to work and they loved it! Super!

Great recipe. I only used one stick of butter and didn't have any sticking issues. I also added peanut butter chips...oh so yummy!

I love TRISHA! I had this recepie, and in a massive fire, I lost everything. These were a Christmas favorite. Sometimes I replaced the dark chocolate w white choc bits and then add almonds. Milk choc and add walnuts, butterscotch bits w pecans. You can have so much fun with this fabulous recepie. Thank You Tricia, Ive been looking for this forever. TRICIA!!!YOUR THE BEST!

Oh lordy, Trisha's right - these are addictive! I had no problem with mine being sticky at all. I don't have cooking spray, so I just used the butter to 'de-stick' the foil. Everyone I shared them with have asked for more!

I made the recipe exactly following the directions, and while it's good, it's very sticky on the bottom and did not set up. I saw this happened to a couple others. What's the secret to having them be crispy coming out of the freezer?

These were pretty good, just a little too sweet and a little too buttery for my taste. I used saltines and followed the recipe exactly as written. Some reviewers opted for graham crackers instead of saltines, which in hindsight, might have worked better for this recipe.
