I saw this episode today and had to try these Sweet and Saltines, as good as they looked? I think so!! The salty goes so well with the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the almost caramel taste from the brown sugar and butter is amazing. You don't need a candy thermometer to create this amazing flavor, it really is as easy as Trisha makes it look. Next time I make this fun treat I am going to layer it on top of Rice Cereal Treats for the ooey gooey texture combo. Delicious

I LOVE this recipe! It is my 'have-to-bring' treat for all of our family gatherings. I've tried a variety of chocolates and nuts and found dark chocolate topped with chopped almonds to be the best. AWESOME!
