My husband and I loved it. My 3 year old...not so much. I didn't have enough pineapple juice, so I used part orange juice. I also added onion and used canola oil instead of vegetable oil. I changed a few things, but I'll definitely make this one again! It was delicious!

This is so fun and easy to make! I marinate the chicken with some garlic, soy sauce, honey, and brown sugar for an hour before cooking. This dish makes my familly run to the table! We make crab wontons and vegetable rice and we have our own "take out" night - except a much healthier version.

I really enjoyed this chicken! I used more chicken, so I doubled the sauce part. I also marinated the chicken in soy sauce for about 30 minutes before cooking it. We all thought it was delicious! I will definitely make it again.

Easy to make. I steamed some broccoli and threw it in along with the rest and they all love it. Also marinated the chicken in soy sauce for 1/2 hour before to add a little extra flavor.

I made this with my children and they loved it. It was a bit bland for me and next time I may add some onions, garlic and chilli to jazz it up a bit.

Compared to other similar recipes I've tried this was easy to make. Also the sauce came out smmoth as opposed to jelly like. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it was a bit bland, so I spiced it up with garlic, onions and a bit of hot sauce. A definite base keeper though.

Very simple recipe and tasted great. Kids and adults all love it. I did add some coursely chopped onion and marachino cherries (with a little of the juice to tint the sauce red and add a bit more sweet - but even without these adds, this is a very simple and great tasting recipe.
