I made this two weeks ago to give to friends as a Christmas gift. The flavor was a tasty balance between sweet and spicey (not too spicey for the more tender palates. Also, a week later, the pecans continue to have great flavor and have not clumped together.

The WOW factor can be used here! I added an extra egg white and a cup of almonds (keeping the spices as listed... addicting! Easy, great taste (just the right amount of heat and I'm anxious with cayenne and everyone was demanding the recipe. :

I usually like cumin but the the flavor here is too overpowering. If I make it again, I'll reduce the amount of this spice or not use it at all. I didn't find unsalted cashews so I used 1 cup of whole almonds and 1 cup of walnuts and I think it was a good idea.

These were great. Huge hit with my guests. I made them for my holiday party last week and now I'm making them for my husband's holiday luncheon at his office.

These were SO easy to make, and my guests couldn't stay away from them. One of my girlfriends took some home, chopped them up and sprinkled them on top of a batch of toffee she made. CRAZY delicious!

I didn't care for this one. My family are major nut lovers and didn't even want to eat these:( Thanks anyway. I'll keep looking for another spiced nut recipe.

Really enjoyed theses and I definitely will be making these again. I did add a touch more of sugar and an extra sprinkle of cayenne pepper and very satisfied with the outcome.
