Absolutely fabulous macaroni and cheese dish! It was rich and creamy and the corn was a sweet and crunchy surprise. I didn't have croutons so I crushed up some little melba toasts and made it all as the recipe directed. Just heavenly!

I am a 64 year old male and this was my first Mac & Cheese dinner. I remembered it from the show. I used my 12" Lodge Skillet and it was exceptional. I was just wondering what to to with all the leftovers. My dinner date was impressed with my new culinary skills. I am on a roll.

I've made Ivan's sweet corn mac & cheese a couple of different times now and there has never been leftovers... I've even doubled the recipe for get-togethers! To me, there's nothing like the sweetness of the corn to off-set the richness of all the cheese. THANK YOU, YVAN, for this amazing recipe! For all of you out there that aren't sure about this recipe, it is definitely a conversation starter... and I've given this (and recommended it to several of my friends for them to try as well.

This looked so good when I saw Yvan making it on TV, I tried it the very next day. The whole family loved it and we didn't have anything left over. We continue to make this dish often and we absolutely love it with the hot sauce! This recipe is a keeper!

Tried this. No one went back for seconds. It was too sweet and too cheesy and it needed more than 2 cups of elbow macaroni. I wished i had halved the recipe.I can't believe it's rated so high. I have had better and I am still looking for the best mac n cheese recipe out there. Cream corn should not be in a mac n cheese recipe. Also it's easy to to use two 14.5 ounce cans instead of two 8 oz cans bec not everyone has access to 8 oz cans. I have tried 3 m&c recipes so far and this is the only one that had leftovers. I am sorry. Time to toss it bec no one wants to eat it, not even the kids.

My family loves this recipe. Have done it a few times now; added bacon to it this time and it was great! I cant find 8 ounce cans so I have always used 14ounces. Makes it very creamy!

Love this! But, anyone else accidentally use two 14.5 ounce cans of corn? Where the heck do you find 8oz cans of creamed corn? Also, I used bacon flavored croutons. Great comfort food!

I made this recipe for the 2nd time this past weekend and again it was a big hit. I even did 2% milk and cheeses this time around and noone seemed to notice. The addition of the sweet corn had everyone saying "hmm... something's different", but in a good way. I have yet to try it with the croutons. I used Panko breadcrumbs both times and it works great. Will make this over and over again, because so far it's a winner!

This a very nutritive, easy, and tasteful dish... So sad that Yvan did not win, but i hope i will see him on his own show soon on the Foodnetwork...
