    I was expecting the corn to dominate the flavors, but it really just added a touch of sweetness. Very good, I wish Yvan had won, I'd love to try more of his recipes!

    Great recipe and very easiy to follow. Very yummy! My wife and 8 year old loved it! I used penne noodles and next time I will add some diced green chilis to the corn mix and serve on a bed of spinach. Very easy to prepare and very unique in its taste!

    When I saw Yvan's pilot I couldn't wait to make this. I thought his food looked the best. The stringy cheese made me want to jump through the TV and eat it! I made it for some friends tonight and it was DELICIOUS! My guests even took home some leftovers for their lunch the following day.

    I served the hot sauce on the side and let me guests decide how spicy they wanted their dish. The only change I would suggest would be to use a whole box of pasta. This recipe calls for 2 cups and that just didn't seem right based on the video I watched. I used a whole box and it came out great! I'll definitely make this again.

    It's good but I don't think it's as great as the reviews say. It's probably because of the cream corn, I'm really not a big fan of it. I substituted the mozarella with pepper jack after reading some reviews stating it was bland and mozarella just doesn't seem like it would add much flavor. Mine was not bland, it turned out good but I've certainly made better.

    Love it love it love it and so does my one year old! Delicous and easy. Yvan, your pilot was by far the best- I enjoyed it so much and would have watched your show regularly. I hope you'll keep trying- loved your food all season, love that your recipes are reasonable for normal people to make! You're awesome!
