Very creamy and rich, but it would be better with a portion of the chocolate dark chocolate. The recipe was very cute, and it was easy to make! I'm practically never in the kitchen and have never made fudge, but I did it!

I have never made fudge before, yet this recipe came out perfectly. I highly recommend it. The fudge tastes great and hardens quickly. I'll definately make this recipe again next Christmas!

This was my first attempt at making fudge. It was very easy (if you do not mind sitting at the stove stirring for 5 or 10 minutes and a huge success. My children love it! Will save this as my go to recipe for fudge.

My first attempt making fudge, I thought this was super easy. I didn't let it come to a 'rolling' boil, but after slightly boiling continued to stir & fold mixture for only about 4 minutes or so. I used mostly bittersweet (love the dark chocolate and 1 bag of semi-sweet. I also added walnuts and raisans. I doubled the recipe and lets just say I have alot of fudge! Going to give this away for holiday treats. Next time I will add mini marshmellows.....great recipe!

This was my first attempt at fudge and I was looking for something easy. This was great! I left out the nuts at my husbands request and also left out 1 cup of chocolate chips. It turned out fabulous! I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't harden right but in the end it was fine. I just made a second batch and this time I used 2 cups of milk chocolate chips and 1 cup of dark chocolate chips (again at my husbands request I also put the nuts in this time and it looks pretty good!

So I really like the flavor - soft and chocolatey. I had no problem with scorching (just constantly stir gently and I use an asymmetric wooden spoon to get into the corners but I think I let mine boil too long. I wish this recipe included a temperature for when it needs to be taken off the heat. It looks like a boiling marshmallow mixture then turns to a boiling evaporated milk mixture. You'll know what I mean when you see it. I don't think I should have left it boiling for so long in that second stage. When I added the chips it basically seized, and after setting up It came out somewhere between fudge and a tootsie roll. Not terrible, but it's not fudge. I'll probably try again simply because I'm a big fan of the flavor. Just my warning: pay attention.

I am a newbie when it comes to following recipes correctly and this one actually turned out right, and sooooo good! It was easy/fast to make, and it tastes amazing. I can't wait to make another batch.... I'm scared I'm going to eat the whole thing :-0
