I'm the one always asked to baking for all of the holidays. Passover is by far the most difficult to find a good recipe for. This one was so surprisingly simple and everyone loved it. I served it with a dolop of whipped cream on top of each piece.

The directions must not be right, because cake was runny and never hardened.

This is a great flour free dessert. I use it for Passover and for my friends who cannot eat flour. Everyone who tasted this raved.

I did not have a 10 inch springform pan, only a 9 inch, so I used a 10 inch regular cake pan. I then cut a piece of waxed paper, buttered it and placed it on the bottom of the pan. The top of the cake separated from the rest of the cake, but that turned out to be okay. That part just fell off nicely. I inverted the cake onto a plate and it was wonderful.

This is a great rich dessert....especially those that love rich dark Chocolate..it does cost about 15 dollars to make it right..make sure your springform pan works well...(no leaks and make sure you follow the recipie to the tee....I mixed the chocolate into the eggs vs the eggs into Chocolate and think that made it a little less high quality...give it a try...
