Very good recipe. Very easy my daughter even made it. The second time we made it we used the leftover charoset instead of apples. Turn out great and gave it a little different flavor.

Most of us have a scaled down kitchen on passover as every utensil can't be kashered for chag. Perhaps some tips on how to do this with very basic equipment would be helpful (ie: no muffin tins, ice cream scoops, etc. Sounds like a great recipe :(

I made these to take for a passover sedar. They tasted ok and too dry to me.
I made another batch and added more apples - macs - since thats what I had on hand. It worked ok, but not what I was hoping for. I went out and bought a jar of Glicks Applesauce for passover. It was exactly what these needed. I used 1/4 of a cup for 1 batch. They were moist and wonderful. Couldnt even tell it was a passover dessert!! I will def make these again!!!!!!

I made these cakes in mini muffin tins and we had them for dessert at the Seder. Everyone loved them and they will be a Passover tradition from now on.

I made these, but I used my mini-muffin tins. They are so cute and taste so good! It took 9-10 minutes for the minis. I can't wait for my company to taste them on Passover! Next time, I might add a little cinnamon to the batter too.
