Very rich and delicious. I tried using both the mini muffin pan and regular size muffin pan. The tea cakes in the reg. muffin pans stuck very badly. I would recommend using the mini muffin pan or silcome muffin cups. They are alot of work, but nice for a special occasion. I made them for Valentines Day. I also used good quality chocolate for the ganache (Scharffen Berger which makes a difference.
