We are not fussy eaters, but this had no taste. Like the idea of baking the chicken (that came out great, but the sauce was flavorless. Won't make this again unless I doctor that sauce.

Sauce was veryc thick and a bit flavorless. Not fond of the whole wheat coating ... Might try Panko breadcrumbs next time. Recipe gave mea basis to. Begin working with but would definitely opt to vary next time. Needs flavor and zing!!!!!

Very easy to make, but didn't taste ANYTHING like the sesame chicken that I love....I guess because it's low calorie means low taste...oh well...no wonder she's so hungry!

Very easy to prepare and I had high hopes. Nice concept but not very tastey. Chicken did turn out well but the sauce does not taste like the sesame chicken that I know. I agree with mish2g, too much cornstarch.

This tastes nothing like sesame chicken. The sauce is kinda gross and tastes mainly of ketchup. It doesn't do a good job of coating the chicken. In my opinion, there's too much cornstarch, so if (big IF I felt like making this again, I'd lessen the amount of cornstarch in the sauce. I might also skip the dredging process,,,not sure how necessary it is.

Recipe worked great, but I will triple the sauce ingredients next time - a bit dry. I'll also add some snow peas for color. By the time the chicken was baked, I had the sauce made and some fried rice warmed up. TA DAAAAH! Dinner in about 15 minutes. NOTE: If you are doing fried rice, save the chicken egg dip to add to the rice in the wok.

Changed it up a little and added some orange zest and extra red flaked
S for extra "kick". Family loved it, very easy and good!

My wife and I tried this recipe today. I had watched this segment at the gym. Its good, not like what I get at lunch.. It tastes healthier than the deep fried sesame chicken i'm used to. It was a little tangier than I might prefer.
I liked that it was quick and easy to make. We served it with rice and broccoli. I made about 50% more sauce than she does in the tv show. I ended up using 1 more tbs of syrup and a little more than half the vinegar. I think I accidentally put a little more ketchup than I was supposed to.

I'll probably make it again, but blend it's healthier style with another recipe from somewhere else.

I just made this for lunch. My husband loves sesame chicken so I asked him if he would try this if I made it. [ I am on Weight Watchers, he is not] And He loved it!!! He said its not 'his' sesame chicken he gets for take-out but he would gladly eat this often. It was tangy but sweet and yes the sauce was sticky. It was delicious!
