It was very tasty! I used a little less sugar than was recommended in the potatoes because it seemed like a lot, and it was still sweet enough!

This was very sweet. I would use this recipe for a dessert, not a side dish. I did enjoy the taste. I added nutmeg and cinnamon to it.

This was AMAZING. I took it to our family's annual Fall Festival gathering and no one could believe how good it was. I was inundated with requests for the recipe and can't wait to make it again! Some tweaks: I doubled the recipe, added a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice, added mini marshmallows to the topping, and drizzled real maple syrup over top before popping in the oven. Bon Appetit!!

I loved this recipe. It was so simple and quick to put together. The finished product was absolutely to die for. This was my first time for making sweet potato casserole and it turned out delightful. My family had only ever tried Boston Market's rendition, and according to them, compared to that this recipe kicks butt. I did add my own touch to this recipe by adding marshmallows. I'm not a fan of pecans so I made a border of marshmallows and a few in the center. It was really, really, good and I will definitely make this again.

For get togethers this casserole is the bomb. I usually double it & put it in a 13x9 pyrex dish. I never have any left to return home with. I boill the potatoes till a fork comes out very easy. When they are cooled cut in half. The peeling comes right off.
