Extremely easy, and very flavorful! I skipped the onion because I didn't have one. I used two potatoes, and two carrots, and fresh Swiss chard from my garden. The flavor is so amazing! It's easy to pair it with so many dishes. I will certainly be making this again.

I really messed up the recipe _ i forgot the carrot and vinegar but it was still good. It will make a great breakfast side as an alternatoive to has browns. No need for ketchup on this potato dish

This is the best side dish of a veggie you never knew you loved! The flavors all really pair well together.
