Outstanding! Halved the recipe as I was making just 2 New York strip steaks, and substituted the vegetable oil with olive oil. None of the ingredients overpowered the others, the marinade just seems to bring out the natural flavor of the steak. Works more like a tenderizer. Very tender and juicy result.

Made this for dinner tonight and it was amazing. My girl was actually breaking the bone into pieces so she could get at all the remaining bits of meat...that when i know it was something special = i made this along with bobby flay's grilled potato wedges for an awesome meal

Made this marinade in the hopes of making a boring steak dinner a little more exciting...not so much. It did keep the steak juicy, but I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor, too much soy sauce/salty taste. Not for me.

Excellent marinade for steak. I cut the recipe in half and had more than enough for 4 NY steaks. I marinaded the steaks in a vacuum food container because it marinates if a fraction of the time and in my opinion tenderizes and flavors the meat better.
