Thank you so much for sharing this!! We tried it yesterday and my husband said it was (if not the best one of the best steak he ever had. It's a keeper.

I thought it was good, but the Worcestershire was an overwhelming flavor. I would use less of it next time. I added more pineapple juice because i like the sweet flavor of it on steak. I'm eating leftovers right now!

Loved this marinade! I didn't have grapefruit juice so I added lemon juice with sugar instead, and it turned out lovely. I was told by the family to 'save this recipe'!

I had to cut down on the amount of the marinade, so I quartered it. I marinaded Big Horn loin steaks, which I felt would challenge this marinade. Fantastic!!! This will be my go-to marinade for all our game meats!

Easy and perfect. Great for someone just learning how to cook steaks. I halved the recipe and it still turned out perfectly.

I used this marinade on steaks that I was preparing for my family about 6 people. It came out great. I also used a whiskey butter sauce to go on top of the steaks and it all came great. As a side I used Ree Drummond's twice baked potatoes and my family loved it all. If only using for 3 steaks cut recipe in half. I did that for a romantic dinner for my husband and I. So it works in large quantities and small as well. Try it for yourself and you will see how tender your steaks become.

Good marinade, but quantity was off for me. The volume of marinade, even when halving the recipe was way too much. If you marinate your meat in zip-lock bags, then 1/4 the recipe (I will next time. The quantity specified here is probably fine if you marinate in pyrex baking dishes however....

Outstanding! Halved the recipe as I was making just 2 New York strip steaks, and substituted the vegetable oil with olive oil. None of the ingredients overpowered the others, the marinade just seems to bring out the natural flavor of the steak. Works more like a tenderizer. Very tender and juicy result.
