    From this hodge-podge collection of spices comes a perfectly balanced marinade/rub of sweet, spicy and tangy. It was easy since these are all staples in my pantry, so there wasn't any last minute things to get from the store. The result was delicious! I agree with grilling the onions and garlic as a topper.

    Excellent! I was surprised how well it turned out (I would suggest, though, that you mention grilling the onions and garlic after the fish, as a nice topper

    I tried this recipe and it was delicious. The mix of spices took this snapper to a new level of taste. It was easy to prepare and will prepare it often.
