This recipe has crowed me the black-eye pea QUEEN!!! I made this recipe last year (now it is required that I always make it for family gatheringsand I won my title from my father in-law who thought no one could cook black-eye peas better then a good friend of his. Well, well, little did I know that I would take her throne =0
