Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti
  • Large lettuce leaf, for garnish
  • 2 lemon wedges

Directions

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted. Add the garlic. Cook for a few seconds, and then add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes. Add the spaghetti and cook until just heated through.

Lay the lettuce on a plate and top with the spaghetti and shrimp. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and garnish with the remaining wedge.

    I made this dish for my family and they were in love with it. I did not use the lettuce leaf as a garnish, but we did have a nice fresh salad to go with the dinner. I have a very picky 17 year old and she was not wanting to try something new...it is now her new favorite dish. We are going to try the tomato basil pasta dish tomorrow for dinner...GO TAYOLR!!!
