Very good. I did have a bit of leftover spice rub from a Bobby Flay recipe and added it to this. It gave them a kick.

Made this for a potluck at work and everyone liked it...everyone who enjoys heat. I don't but it got raves. They liked the heat and the smoky flavor from the adobo sauce. I threw everything in a food processor (chopped the chives first but threw in a whole chipotle pepper and just blended it until smooth. Added a little more adobo sauce because it seemed dry. People asked for the recipe so that was a good sign.

I am not fond of eggs, especiallly deviled. However, I loved this recipe! I love the flavor combination! It was a great after school snack for me and my friends.
By the way, you should put in a word for Chopped TEEN addition. I am 16 and I would love to compete against other people my age!

Just an Excellent flavorful Recipe. I would say if there was any room for improvement it would be to use a grated cheddar vs a shredded cheddar as I like a creamy texture and the shredded gave it a bit of a chewy texture.. That being said these lasted 5 minutes at my family gathering and I pretty much licked the bowl with the filling clean...

These are by far the best deviled eggs I've ever eaten. Easy to make. Had them for Mother's Day and now making them for Father's Day. Make sure you make extra; they go fast!

By far the best recipe for deviled eggs I have ever tried in my 39 years!!!! This recipe is something you would find at a 5 star restaurant. They are fabulous very extraordinary tasting. The chipotles in adobo sauce is savory with a hit of warmth flavor that gives traditional deviled eggs delicious twist. I made this recipe for family gathering in addition to to my mothers well loved deviled eggs. They were gone in minuets. This recipe will impress your guest at your next dinner party. If I had time I would of made my own Chipotles in adobo sauce as I'm all about making everything from scratch, but I was able to find it in ethnic section Hispanic/Mexican at my local grocery store. My Walmart carries it also. LOVED THIS RECIPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
