Very easy to make. I used Grand Marnier. My husband does not like cranberries and even he gave it a thumbs up!

Very easy and very tasty. Substituted brandy for half of the liquor. Also kept on low heat for about 15 minutes instead of 10. Waiting for it to cool as I write. Kind of makes the old school canned jelled cranberries look like rations !!!

I first saw Mr. Allen's recipe in the latest Food Network Magazine. Being of Scandinavian descent, I usually opt for the store bought Lingonneberries...however...this was so easy to make and I substituted all the sugar with Splenda. It turned out FANTASTIC and it will be a part of our Thanksgiving and Christmas meals from now on. DEEE-LISH!!!
