    I did not make the skewers but i made the pickels.
    They are the best quick pickle recipie. Im making a larger batch tonight!!

    This recipe was easy and delicious. My family liked the marinade, personally i loved the grilled scallion. I will make it again. I used a sirloin cut for the skewers.
