In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, chili sauce, tequila, Sriracha, oil, adobo, granulated garlic, cayenne and 2 cups water. Mix to combine.
This is a great side sauce; we use it for our Tequila Shrimp Bangers, but our guests use it as a side for burgers and fries as well. It's a fun dipping sauce to try anytime.
