Saw this show and tried recipe for meatball sub. Everyone loved it! Cornmeal gave dough a nice crunch meatballs very tasty (although everyone agreed to much oregano and garlic will cut in 1/2 next time I did not use there sauce recipe already had some sauce made so to save time used that. Although on line recipe calls for bread crumbs the episode showed them using small crutons which is what I did and dough recipe does not call for olive oil in mix but in episode they used oil in dough which is what I did. It all was very good would do again it was a hit.
