I tried this recipe out 'with a bit of a twist' and was told by my fiance' that it was the BEST meatloaf he had honestly had. It turned out moist and flavorful indeed! My 'twist'..? In addition to cutting portion in half again to 2/4 servings, I substituted the oatmeal with my own garlic flavored croutons and added combo ketchup/bbq sauce in the mixture as well as glazed the top for last 10/15 min. YUM!

I've made this meatloaf several times ... there is one baking in the oven right now. It is easy and love the fact that I always have all the ingredients at home. It is moist and flavorful.

My husband is a fan of meatloaf, but at the sametime extremely picky about meatloaf. I made this recipe for my family of 4. We all loved it and the leftovers (which never get requested were a bigger hit. I look forward to making this for our whole family. Enjoy

It was a very tasteful and pleasing meat loaf. You can addlittle less salt for health reasons. Also if you make a sauce for the top do add to much ketchup which can make the meat loaf more salty. My first making this meat loaf, but it was one hit wonder with my family.

The whole family enjoyed this meatloaf. They thought it was moist and delicious...just like eating at a restaurant. I will make this again.

My boyfriend's favorite food is meatloaf so I decided to cook it for him one night. He said this recipe was one of the best he has ever had and loved it! I agree it is one of the best, very moist and flavorful. It does make a large meatloaf though but it didn't last long in our house!

I am not much of a cook and I am not a big fan of meatloaf. But, my kids love it! So, I decided to llok for a recipe and make it for dinner tonight. I chose this one because it had 5 stars and because of the other reviews. Well, I just want to thank the chef and the critics. Everyone was right on the money with this one. It was so GOOD! It wa my first time making a meatloaf and this will definitely not be my last. I even enjoyed it greatly. It was so moist. SO DELICIOUS!! I could on and on raving about this. KUDOS TO THE CHEF!
