    I have been craving fish tacos, and this recipe was exactly the taste I was hoping for! The mayo was yummy and spicy. I decided to cut corners and use one of those tiny cans of Herdez "salsa verde" imported from Mexico instead of making the tomatillo salsa and it tasted great with the tacos.

    This recipes is excellent. I've done it with salmon and tilapia (prefer the white fish. The chipotle mayo is outstanding! I haven't tried the tomatillo salsa yet, but after reading the reviews, I might have to next time! These fish tacos are superb and up there with the fish tacos I've had at Berry Hill in Houston, TX (the best fish tacos I've had in a restaurant ever!!!

    These were unbelievable! I am on a budget so we used tilipia instead of salmon. Awesome!

    These were fantastic. I used Tilapia, but I think you could use any kind of firm fish. It's the sauces and beer batter that make these so great.
