    good & easy catfish

This dish was sooo easy to do. The cajun blackening seasoning I used gave a good "kick" to the fish. I don't think I used... as much as was called for; I just sprinkled each side generously until completely coated. My boyfriend & I think it could've used some lime or lemon juice after frying it. I also used veggie oil, since I wasn't quite sure what salad oil was. Excellent for a first time catfish-fry!Read more
