I have never made meatloaf and this is a great starter recipe. I used pork as well as beef and put ketchup and onions on the outside to make a crust. perfect! great recipe. I may use crackers instead of bread crumbs and switch up the veggies next time. love it!

Tired of the same old meatloaf--and important to get ones veggies (which actually taste good! This is the recipe of the times. It is so simple that even Fred Flintstone could fix this with only help from Deno. This recipe makes meatloaf take on a whole new meaning, and get just about anyone at the table to utter the single word of "WOW"!

I really want to applaud the chef that came up with this star creation, and encourage them to think more out of the box on common creations such as this one! You are one awesome oppossum!
