Really good recipe. Although works much better if you only use one egg.

Way too many breadcrumbs and no cheese sauce, way too dry. My boys thought it was ok (said they wouldn't want it again though but I found it hideous, I dumped the entire bowl in the trash. Waste of time and money

My family really enjoyed this recipe and it was very easy. The only thing different I did was cut back on the bread crumbs and added a little more cheese. I doubled the recipe but didn't double the bread crumbs. Still thought there was a little too much. Next time I will use a half of cup of the crumbs but overall we all enjoyed it and will definitely make it again.

Thanks to this recipe, my first attempt at mac & cheese was outstanding! The end result was cheesy heaven.

I half the cheddar and balance with Velveeta. My husband and stepkids LOVE it! And so do I!

Also, I use heavy cream or half and half.

This is my favorite type of mac and cheese. The type my mom used to make. We would often have this with daube and red gravy. We would put the red gravy on top of the mac and cheese too. It is more like a custard texture but very delicious.

Ive made this recipe about 10 times, and love it. The people who complain about it not being creamy are right. Its not a creamy Mac & Cheese recipe. But it is very tasty!

I usually add a touch more cayanne, mix half and half seasoned bread crumbs with 'buttered crackers', and I usually put in 3 cups of sharp cheddar instead of 2.5.

I love this dish and everytime I take it to a party or pot-luck dinner the dish is clean at the end.

Not creamy. Not cheesy enough. Maybe add some Velveta???? Overall...Crappy.

My son and his friends (20 somethings love this recipe. I also made it for a runner who was carb loading for the Chicago marathon; he wants it again this year! Easy and delicious.
