Good chicken, liked by all, but I think it could be better. I will definitely take one reviewers advice and boil the sauce without the chicken to thicken it, mine was very watery. I will also use skinless breasts next time; even tho I browned the pieces well, they still got soggy. Overall tho, I think with a bit of tweaking this could be great!

This was so delicious. Just like it was served at a restaurant. My whole family enjoyed it. I served it with rice pilaf and broccoli. I did cut back on the flour (1 cup and on the chicken broth (1 sm can.

I made this dish for my family of five last night. Everyone loved it. Even my picky eater loved it, minus the capers...

This recipe made an intimidating dish easy - I never thought that I was an accomplished enough chef to make it, but it has been perfect every time that I've made it. The true sign of success is that my guests always ask for the recipe!
