Very much enjoyed using the coconut milk - held everything together very well. Would recommend seasoning the shrimp as well, with a little seasoned salt and pepper to add another dimension of flavor.

If you love shrimp and coconut, this is the recipe for you. The dipping sauce is to die for. (If you have leftover sauce, use it to marinade chicken and steak. I did this for a group of friends and they love it. Now, they always ask "can you make your coconut shrimp?" ssshhh!!!

Simple elegance. Passable as fine cuisine without the high price. I used fresh shrimp from the market, which made it melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I tend to be scattered, but this was easy to follow for me.
